About Kelsey

I graduated from Pepperdine University with a M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My own experiences as a biracial woman has shaped my desire to help others explore their personal narrative and give them a sense of belonging. I have always been particularly drawn to encouraging teens and adolescents, yet I have found working with parents, caregivers, and couples just as important. I also recognize there is a strong need for individuals to process traumas that may be keeping them feeling stagnant. I strive to highlight every individual’s resiliency and further emphasize their innate abilities to propel them into a positive future.

Though I am extensively trained in DBT, I have a holistic approach to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, women’s issues, chronic illness, relationship issues, and life transitions. I will integrate my professional trainings in CBT, Solution-Focused, Attachment-based, Family Systems, Trauma focused, and numerous others.

I would love to hear your goals of therapy. If you live in the state of California or Tennessee, please book a 15-minute consultation with me to see if we would be a good fit!
