Policies

  • I am not in network with any insurance companies. I am happy to provide you with a superbill (receipt) at the end of every month for you to directly submit for reimbursement.

    Please contact your insurance company to receive information on your out-of-network benefits. Some insurance companies will cover a percentage of your psychotherapy dependent on the CPT code provided.

  • Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), Health Savings Account (HSA) Card, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Card.

  • I understand life happens. A no call, no show will result in paying for the full fee.

  • I require a 24 hour cancellation period. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in a charge of the full session fee.

    In addition, I will also charge a full session fee if you are more than 15 minutes late to your session and your session will be cancelled.

  • For any sessions held online, you will receive a reminder with a link for your video appointment via Simple Practice 24 hours before every session.

  • Yes, you will receive an email and/or text reminder for your upcoming appointment.

  • Yes! If you are in need of a sliding scale, please ask. I offer a sliding scale to those who qualify.
